The AEModule caused two crashes (Audio Environment).  Make sure you have the latest update installed or uninstall/reinstall.  In a couple of other crash reports, the ENB or SweetFX module caused the crash.  Remove the module (d3d9.dll) from the main FSX folder.  See the AVSIM CTD Guide regarding the ENB and SweetFX modules.  It will tell you how to uninstall them.  The CTD Guide can be found under Hot Spots located on the right side of this forum.

So, did remove ENB  modules, deleted FSX.CFG (updated according to FSX / P3D Configuration Guide), updated all drivers, i almost did follow all steps as it was tolled in FS9. FSX & P3D CTD Guide. Tested my FSX, all works perfect

Thank you very much again for help
