February 26, 201412 yr Hello everyone, so I decided to reinstall my boxed JS41 and at the activation step, I got a message that the max number of activations has been reached. This does confuse me a little bit as I had only once activated the product. However, what can I do in order to re-activate the product? Thanks, Peter
February 26, 201412 yr Probably submit a ticket with PMDG and wait for them to reset the activations for you. February 26, 201412 yr It sounds like the activation code was already issued to another order and that person has made multiple installs. I hope they can fix this for you. Keith Guillory
