I 'm having a hard time hearing some sounds like - seat belt and chime ,there real low .In the FMC sound settings every thing is at 100% I tried playing with the settings with not much luck , how do you guys have it set so I can try it ?

Did you check FSX's own sound settings?  I think there's something in there like environmental type sounds.
