Does PMDG 737 NGX work fine on windows 8?

And; Does anyone have a solution for FS2Crew NGX in windows 8? As I have understand, the voice recognition does not work properly in windows 8, but we need the recognition tool for the FS2Crew. Does anyone have a good solution for this?

The only solution I could find is to use the Button Control edition. The voice control edition is kind of odd in my opinion - sometimes it does not recognise what you said and then you end up figuring out what's wrong and messing with it and then BAM, you bust your minimums. Personally I find the button control edition much better since it's more straight forward, more stable and I never had any issues with it.
