March 2, 201412 yr During the beta test, I suggested that user should be able to uncheck Aerocache Hunts on the list so that they could do them over again if they so wished. Not so much for the XP (Experience Points), but because it was clear to me that this would be a popular activity in Flight and that many would want to relive interesting flights. I am fortunate  in that my Windows installation crashed and I had to reinstall it and also Flight. I have not restored my backup of the Flight profile, so now a lot of Aerocache Hunts that I had previously flown appear unchecked in the list. Talk about a silver lining! Anyway, I got to do Steve's "Halfway Tower" again today. The sun sets on the Elim strip as I prepare to take off. Snow and ice everywhere as I head for Moses Point. A quick touch and go at Moses Point strip. I remembered that the description of the Aerocache was misleading - this is not between Golovin and Moses Point at all! And you have to land the airplane and get out in order to acquire it. On to Golovin for a dusk landing. Soon, I will be flying in the dark in Alaska just as I am in Hawai'i. Considering my flights are rather short, I expect to be night flying exclusively for the next few months. B) Best regards. Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
March 2, 201412 yr I was always trying to find some that would force people to have to make a landing and walk to the Aerocache location to get it. No just a close flyby and climb out, what fun is that? Steve
