Hey guys.

Hope you can help me.

i have problems opening exit 3. usually i can open it by pressing Shift+e+3

but now i can't it is possible for me to open exit 1 and 2 but not  exit 3?

im flying the 747-400 and 800.

Who was the developer of the aircraft?  It cannot be for the default.  If it is a PMDG aircraft, then I would suggest going to their forum.  Most likely this question has been asked there or you will find a fellow PMDG 747 user who can provide you quicker information.

For the default 747-400 you need to make a small change to the [Exits] file in the aircraft.cfg

 

[exits]
number_of_exits = 3 (This is the key to how many doors will open.  Must be 3 not 2)
exit.0 = 0.4, -30.30,  -9.0,  0.88,0 //openclose rate percent per second, longitudinal, lateral, vertical positions from datum (feet), type (0=Main 1=Cargo 2=Emergency)
exit.1 = 0.4, -146.0,   8.0, -7.5, 1 //openclose rate percent per second, longitudinal, lateral, vertical positions from datum (feet), type (0=Main 1=Cargo 2=Emergency)
exit.2 = 0.4, -42.30,   9.0, -7,   2 //openclose rate percent per second, longitudinal, lateral, vertical positions from datum (feet), type (0=Main 1=Cargo 2=Emergency)

 

I have some great screenshots of all the doors open using Shift + e, Shift + e2, Shift + e3  But don't have a URL to post them to.
