When i click on the QW 757 and press ok it comes up with a error saying microfoft flight simulator has stoped working then closes

Ive opened a topic on QW support form but what they told me to do didnt work

Could you post more information about your issue, and what they told you to do?

With only this short description it will be hard to solve the issue.

Hi thanks for showing intrest

i dont get a crsh report on appcrash.they told me to turn anti-virus off and try re installing it

Can you open the start menu and on "search programs and files" write in "Event Viewer", open it. Then click on Windows logs, then to application. You should recieve a list of the number of events.

Look for an event "error" with a red flag, and you should be able to view information. If you see it has anything to do with flight simulator, then copy the report and paste it here

i think thats it

This is indeed something different, normally when I get crash reports it points for a certain file, bit map or dll.

Sometimes activation problems with the legit version and bad cracks if it's a pirated version (I'm not assuming anything) could cause these problems as I had the 757 a few years back.

Also, here's a thread about other reasons at QW forums:

The AVSIM CTD Guide provides possible solutions for NTDLL.dll type crashes. See the link to the guide on the right side of this forum under Hot Spots. I doubt the problem is related to the QW757. Tweaks can cause this crash as well as high settings.

I have seen these types of crashes (when you select an aircraft in FSX) because your system is working hard to load everything in your scenery.cfg and then you try to load another aircraft. If you have a lot of photoscenery enabled like from MSE or Orbx, then this could be the problem. Your only solution in this case is to disable any addon scenery except the scenery you will be using during a flight.
