Do any of you have a problem that you cant download the files from the internet during the installation, and when you enter that internet download step your app will becomr no responding? Can someone help??

Why would your app become non-responsive? I suspect this could happen if you allowed the installer to search for updates but I wouldn't. The product installer should be on your HDD and there should be no reason to go to the Internet and download anything during the installation. Once the product is installed, it will be immediately activated. After the activation, if you saw there was a later version of the Addon Manager, go to the FSDT website and download the latest version to your HDD and then run the installer. Whenever you start up FSX and load KLAS, you might receive a message that the product has been updated and offer to go on the Internet to update it. Just say no and download it yourself.
