I am cant seem to open the KEY file from flight1. It appears that I dont have any program to open it. I tried everything but I cant open it, pleas help.

 

I have Window 7 64 bit

You access from the loader for the addon you want to install.

I got the the replacement key from the email, but I cant open the file because I dont have the program to open the KEY file. I may be doing something wrong, but I usually use the winrar for all other program. I am not sure what program I need to open this KEY file.

You need to have the installer for the product. Ex. Flight one B200, the red airplane thing. You run that to install and you will get an option to purchase or use and existing keycode.

I am aware about about the Red Airplane to re-install. This is the part I am unable to find. The product I was mentioning about was RealityXP and its not listed under Flight1. I did use support to get the replacement key and even activated as well, but I get an error from WINRAR to open it. I am not sure how to go about it from here, I am pretty much stuck not being able to get the .EXE file to download.

On Flight 1 products, go to the product page and download the installer. Once you have the installer open, I remember there is a tab on the left where you can select the option of re-installing. It will prompt you for the key location. Browse your PC to the locatin of your .KEY and select it. It should detect your license and proceed with the re-installation.
