March 24, 201412 yr Hi All.... Just installed Win 7 and currently re-building my FSX...Delightful it is too  Anyway, thinking of now re-installing FS9..BUT...Was looking where to put it..I want to avoid C:/ as that's where FSX is. Another option is 'Data Volume (E:) Thing is: a) Not sure what this is b)Can I use it for FS9? c) would E:/FS9 be OK? Tried to look into this in more depth and stumbled across some PC sites, these just confirm to me how dumb I am when it comes to IT! Thanks in advance ZA
March 25, 201412 yr You should be able to install FS9 to any drive you want. I have my FSX on a separate E Drive, no OS or AV. Don't know what Data Volume, is it a separate folder, if so you do not want to install FS there for sure. You will get asked after downloading which location you want to install at. You probably know this already. Brian Curtis Vietnam Huey Pilot
