Yes but this is the only issue people have brought up and apparently it will be fixed with the 1.2 patch. Until then, just apply a bit of extra nose-up trim before taking off and she flies just fine.

another plus for the Carenado archer is the VC is dynamic.

This is a tough call, I own the Dreamfleet Archer (my first payware) and all of Carenado's planes except the Archer II and Bonanza 33. The new Carenado Cherokee 180 has a simply outstanding VC, great exterior etc. The Dreamfleet Archer has a better 2d panel though IMO. I'd go with the Carenado Cherokee 180 over their Archer II (or the Flight1 172R if you want to avoid bruising your shins... just be prepared for some bumps on your head instead lol).
