March 28, 201412 yr Purchased Radar Contact 4.3 on Tuesday 25th and I still have not received my activation key. Hope someone can rectify this problem sooner than later because this is totally unacceptable to all customers buying this product. Can someone please help me?
March 28, 201412 yr An Internet problem was resolved on 26MAR at 2300Z. If it was a bounce message please resubmit your e-mail. Please check your spam or other folders and insure nothing is there. If you get a registration rejection from jdtllc.com please send a copy of your outgoing e-mail plus the ordering e-mail if different from your current e-mail address to jd _at_ jdtllc.com (use @ appropriately).
March 28, 201412 yr Author No Bounce and no message in any folder just total silence from every email address that I have tried. Already done what you suggest and no my email address has not changed. Re-sent email twice today using both methods ie one generated by RD and also one composed by myself. No reply from the help address either.
