I have just purchased the PMDG 777, but I do not seem to be able to download it. The download URL has been provided, but whenever I click on it, I am just taken back to the login page. I have already logged in with my email address and order code, but it refuses to play ball. I have forgotten my store password, so I have requested that this be sent to my email address. However, so far the email has not arrived (the message indicated that an email had been sent).

 

Why is this not working?
