I have been trying to activate my FSX via the telephone ....

 

As soon as it connects an automated male voice asks me to press some digits into my telephone  ..... the digits are 40028  ..... The automated voice says it as ' four hundred twenty eight'

 

(This is before it asks me for the very long FSX number to type in)

 

Anyway ...... I key the digits in and it says this is wrong and repeats the message .... I once again key the correct digits in again but alas the voice says it is wrong  ...... he then repeats the message for the final time and gives me the opportunity to key them in again ...... it fails and then the voice terminates the call

 

I have tried this four times today and it's the same every time

 

Anyone else had this problem and if so ..how did you overcome it?

"four hundred twenty eight" in my book is 428, could that be the issue?

That is a very good point .... and could well of been the problem

 

However when I tried again this morning ....

 

Same automated voice but the digits I had to key in were 11 and bingo I got through to the activation part of the call

 

Very odd that yesterday it wanted me to either key in 40028 (four hundred twenty eight) or as you say  428 but today it was only two digits (11) 

 

Hmmmmmm  interesting

 

Anyway all is good and thank you for your input ... it's well appreciated
