It seems that the spoilers are not effective as in reality.

Anybody has an idea to increase the drag (in Aircraf.cfg ??)

the Spoilers drag must be modified on the .air file, using AIRED app. 

 

FYI, I've been investigating about the spoiler drag of the B767 and came to the conclusion that they don't have that much influence, don't know if you are a RW 767, feedback is always welcome.

The 737NGX is the same way...their spoilers are not very effective either...
