I did register at the main site for ASN and still waiting for an email to activate my registration this was 48 hours ago  ( great support )   Witch brings me back here   

 

I have asked about this Product and I have also tried it out and I do Like it   But with out proper support   I cant use the Product

 

First problem  is that I fly On vatsim and it seems to me every time on decent ASN makes FSX crash   I am cretin of this ,,,   because  for the Last Few days I have been flying online with out ASN  and every thing is Smooth 

 

Second Problem  I would Like to know How can I Load different weather Lets say a snow storm for example   I dont know how to do this 

 

 

Third  do I have to start FSX from the ASN menu ???

 

Forth I would Love for ASN support forum  to help there customers      and we dont have to run back and forth searching for answers

Furthermore, the ASN manual provides clear guidance on how to manually set weather.

I did every thing I also signed up on there forums and this has been 3 weeks or so and No one is answering
