February 9, 200521 yr Hello Pilots,at the moment I am flying the tinmouse.org 737 very intensivly in Africa. Many airports there have no ILS, only a VOR station at the airport. So I like to know who to do a real VORDME APP. I tune in the VOR freq. and for the OBS course I set the runway hdg. Then I make a midfield crossing and turn into the runway-backcourse. When the DME (if aviable) shows 5,0nm or something like that I make a straight 180
