After taxiing to hold line on runway my throttles become unresponsive in the Nexgen CRJ. Happens frequently for no reason. Happens any point while on ground setting up FMC, taxiing etc... I am using the Saitek thottle quadrant, and this never happens on any other AC.

I've had this happen too. While I haven't flown this add on in a long time, I believe what fixed it for me was not to use FSUIPC for axis assignments, but use FSX assignments only.

 

As I have all of my controllers configured via FSUIPC this was pretty much the main reason I didn't come back to this CRJ anymore.
