I have bought and paid for the PMDG 737 but am unable to download it. What I get is zip package of zero size; this seems to be just a file header but no content.

Trying to get assistance the website says it does not know my email and I cannot get a ticket to complain. There seems to be no other way to get help but to access this forum.

Not what I was hoping for.

Any ideas?
