How do you get it to? It always goes back to 90 with any change. I'll manually edited the config to 60 but no go.

The only time I have seen this is when you set a cloud draw limitation from a program outside of FSX..like ASN (Active Sky Next) for instance. It had me baffled for a bit until I realized that ASN configuration superseded  FSX configuration and did not allow any changes. I assume this is the way it is supposed to work. Would you have anything like that?
