Hello!I live in the east coast. For the past week, I have noticed that it now takes me about 2 minutes to download real weather from Jeppesen's server! This is way too slow. I don't believe the issue is with my ISP. Per dslreport.com, I am getting 579 Kbytes/sec down and 45 Kbytes/sec up. Anyone else in the southeast experiencing slow downloads of real weather for FS2004?David

I'm in Alpharetta, GA, on a BellSouth 3MB DSL line running an effective 2650 Kbytes and the download and install is less than 3 seconds. At your measured DL speed the download time, per se, should be around 10 seconds. What was the download time prior to the slowdown? Unless you have changed something on the system it has to be either an ISP or telco line issue.Doug

Well I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I've been experiencing the same slowdown from Jeppesen. The same slowdown for the same one week. And my ISP is Cincinnati RR. Not the fastest cable internet but pretty fast. I know nothing changed on my computer or my cable line. I also know other websites/downloads are normal. During the last week maybe one out of every 6 times, the download proceeds at the speed it used to. Otherwise slow city.In fact, I'm glad to see I'm not alone. There may not be that many FS users still downloading real weather, what with the weather addons.Dan Stalter

I use the static snapshot download. As of this morning I see no difference in speed of the download on my rig. Using old dial up so it's slow anyway.

Well, at least I know one other person (not in the eastcoast) who is having RW download issues. I am quite sure it is not my PC, since I can download other files normally. According to broadband test results, my connection speed is good!David
