Scenario getting flat

I'm having problem with the scenario. I'm using full graphics on P3D 2.2 and when I take off, most of the scenario become flat, only terrain with a blur image, looks horrible.

 

Is that a known issue? I'm new on P3D, I got now to leave FSX.
