In less than 24 hours Avsim will attempt to score flightsim.com a third knockout blow in this year's round the world race.We still need additional pilots to take up the challenge and assist us in defending our well earned title.Brave souls with fast aircraft are hereby invited to join the official race forum to look over the race rules and prepare their aircraft for flight.A route plan is ready and will be posted as start time draws near (probably cut into pieces so as not to give the competition too much advance warning of our plans).

Donny AKA ShalomarFly 2 ROCKS!!!Ii sounds like fun, but the fastest legal plane I have is the default King Air. Will be available for "red eyes" if need be, I'm an imsomniac. I am proficient in type but my primary FS is not FS9 so I still need some practice with it. (I'm starting tonite!) I am used to flying in full screen mode but in case I need to make a post inflight that'll hafta change. I will strip down my graphics to compensate for the load on my low end system. Found out my system can handle weather updates every 15 minutes, Just recently I brought my 'puter 60 miles from Philly to plug in my bros DSL network just in time for the race.May the best pilot (from AVSIM) be the first there:-wave
