Aerosoft Airbus X Extended - Correct Name?

Featured Replies

On amazon.co.uk, if you search for "aerosoft airbus x extended", the following two products come out at the top of the list, and I just can't see any difference between them apart from price.

"Airbus X for FSX: Extended Edition (PC DVD) (2012)"
£28 including postage

"FSX AddOn Airbus X Extended Edition (PC)"
£35.27 + postage

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Cheers,

Dufflepod.

Amazon often has multiple copies of items, and they are likely to be the same. I'm guessing the first one is sold or fulfilled by Amazon while the second one isn't.

The vendors use different product titles in the same marketplace.

The official title has been changed by Aerosoft from Airbus X Extended to Aerosoft Airbus X (A320/321). But even Aerosoft's Mathijs Kok gets confused about that, occasionally.   :P

Just be careful, you don't end up with the non-extended Aerosoft Airbus: It's still around, as a download product, at least.

Cheers guys - thanks for the info. That's pretty much what I thought.

Looks like I'll be clicking on the cheaper option.

Since the box reads '2012' (like in "Airbus version is outdated"), you'll have to

and be a happy (Airbus) bunny.   B)
