Microsoft Outlook Online

Featured Replies

I currently use Microsoft Outlook Web Access for emails, but I have suddenly encountered a problem. If I click on "new mail", I see the window appear for about a second, and then the screen goes blank with just a blue bar at the top of the screen. In other words, I can no longer send emails from my business address! This problem occurs on my work PC and my home PC (which are not connected in any way), so the problem must be with Outlook.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have suffered this problem for the past two days. I contacted the Office 365 support line, and was bounced around from place to place for half an hour before being disconnected (I am guessing) because someone tried to connect me direct to Microsoft at 10:30 AM UK time (ie. probably 02:30 US time on the Pacific coast). I heard a recorded message about opening hours, and knew what was coming :(

No such problems here, so not much I can do to help. Might be a localized problem, perhaps with one of their servers. I know you experience the issue on two separate PC's, but have you tried clearing the browser caches, temp files, maybe even resetting to default options?

Perhaps a plugin update or browser update borked something up :P.
