August 24, 201411 yr Hi Jon. How would I keep Orbx FTX files from always defaulting to the top of my FSX scenery library. If Vic+8 PNW and Robinson adds are not on top, the scenery really wreaks havok! Thx, Ken Flying a 2 Seat Static GA Simulator out of CYYZ.

September 25, 201411 yr Hi, Jon. I downloaded and installed Victoria Plus V8.0.5 when it was available free and have been very impressed. After hearing that it subsequently became payware, I wanted to support your efforts in this amazing scenery. It is certainly well worth the asking price. I have now paid for and downloaded the version from the Flightsim Store. However, I want to know how to correctly uninstall the freeware version before installing the one from FSS. I cannot find any informatiion in the documents that came with the freeware scenery. What should I do regarding the freeware scenery now installed so that the payware version will install correctly. Thanks. Bill
September 25, 201411 yr Author Thanks for your support Bill. The FSS installer is clever enough to uninstall the freeware version, I probably should have mentioned that in the documentation. It also deletes a duplicate water taxi traffic file in Larry's scenery. Enjoy! My blog
September 26, 201411 yr Thanks, Jon. Installed successfully and the new version looks great. Just for your information, I deactivated my old folder for this scenery and after installation I did need to go in and reactivate it -- no big deal, but you should know that the installer does not automatically reactivate the folder, though it does replace the previous version.
