When I go to full power the percent power on takeoff is only 85% not 100% I'm using Saitek Pro Throttle quadrant I don't know what to do

What altitude are you departing from? Are you full rich or leaned? It takes a second for the turbo boost to kick in, does it ever achieve full power during your takeoff run?
