Hello,

 

I bought the 747-8i of PMDG and when I start the installation of the product and after validation it appear an error with code 0040A80.

Anyone know how to solve this situation????

No the 747-400X I installed with a friend account.

So what you are saying is that you are using one 747X between the two of you?
