Is this expected? It flew about about 15~20 KIAS inside the red band and no warnings whatsoever.

So much has changed in the AFDS and FBW for SP1 that it's probably not even worth trying to check whatever procedure this is. When SP1 comes out, try it again and if it still does this tell us via a support ticket and we'll look at it.
