Displaying third party programs while also running FSX in full screen

Featured Replies

Using two monitors, is it possible to run FSX in full screen mode on one monitor while on the other is used to display Navigraph navigation charts etc?

Perhaps if I run the second monitor off a separate graphics card in the same PC (is this even possible)? Or is this simply not possible unless I run the sim in windowed mode?

Hi,

for my experience (I use full screen with 2 monitors) is not possible to have external programs showed on the 2nd monitor. I use it to display overhead or other panels and I display the other programs on a networked PC.

For your other point, if I remind correctly from other posts I have seen around (but Im not so sure), it is possible to use a second graphic card only if the two cards are the same model.
