I am reaching out to those who have used both and can give a fair comparison. For those who have only used one of the two and have an opinion that might be useful, let's hear that too. Thanks for your input.

Plan G is great for VFR, no so much IFR. It's free, so I would get it and try it out.

 

EFASS is too buggy for me. They just cram in the features and never really commit to making them work. You have a 14 day nag free trial with this program so try it out and decide if it meets your needs.
