Thanks for great video, it explains alot.

And also i am already using Al Jordan's config files, these files are not matching with winglets i guess.

I think theres nothing to worry about -/+ 1 changes but i just want to make sure TOPCAT and PMDG match perfectly (not precisely, i know)

But also theres no certain "MTOW" or any values from PMDG.

So every value is just assumption, i think.

They never will, and attempting to do so is really kinda pointless.  As I mentioned in the video, there's going to be variance on the real plane, too, because not everyone is the same weight in the real plane.  That being said, the fact that they don't match on your computer could be considered more realistic.

There are.  You can find them in the Aircraft.CFG, or the linked post.  The linked post very clearly has them on line 11 for each aircraft type.  I think you can see it on the PAYLOAD page of the CDU, too.

Take off weight is the weight of the aircraft with everything in it: fuel, people, cargo, baggage, etc.  Your weight as you're ready for takeoff.

Dry Operating Weight is the weight of the aircraft dry (without fuel, people, cargo, baggage, etc.).

Zero Fuel Weight is the weight of the aircraft ready for flight, except without fuel: people, cargo, baggage, etc. are all in there.  Only fuel is left off.

Google, really, but you could also take a look at those files and see the differences in the weights to see the differences and sort of piece it together.
