I posted this problem yesterday on the Majestic Forum but no response. Need help with this please.

 

The Dash 8 was functioning normally and then this:

First the APU Power button stopped working so the APU Generator cannot be used.
Next: The Port engine will not start.  It begins to wind up and I advance the fuel shutoff to Idle at 19% but the engine will not go beyond that point.
The Starboard Engine starts normally when I follow the exact same  procedure.

Engine start order does not matter. Port engine will not start if I try it first or second.
Can someone give me a fix for this? I am totally clueless.

Solved I think:

 

I MAY have stumbled onto the cause of all this: The starboard engine starting properly threw me off the track
Someone SIPHONED OFF ALL MY FUEL. It was there when the crew left the plane but gone when we returned.
After refueling, things were back to normal. This is a sweet bird
Still don't see how Stbd engine could start on empty tanks though.
