Good to know you can get tmfviewer in prepare3d sdk.

 

Tmfviewer should be able to open any vector (eg. CVX) or raster terrain BGL files (eg. mesh, landclass, photoscenery etc). It cannot open BGLs compiled from XML code or 3d object libraries.
