I'm not sure if this has been reported but the Thrust Mode Display on the EICAS does not change from CLB to CRZ after reaching the target cruise altitude. The Auto Flight System is operating in VNAV. I have to manually change it to CRZ.

That is an equipment option, not a bug. Look for FMS CRZ Phase Thrust Limit in the equipment options.
