I have bought hardware / software products from several companies and email support has always worked without a problem.If I was to set up a business in FS addons I might easily make the same decision. If you look at the support forums of the most popular addon aircraft makers, you'll see that most the posts are crap. Whining, complaining and demanding a functional seat height adjustment because the real plane has one. Or asking for the 1000000th time how to install the default GPS instead of the FMC.
