I bought to day a gtx 780 6 gb

but my app says like cpu-z and speccy and monitor hardware it is 3 gb.

has it to do with blocks or do /i got the wrong grafic cards

Install the latest video driver and check again with GPU-Z program. In addition, the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Help -> System Information will show the size of dedicated video memory.
