I am using RAAS on both the 777 and 737 series aircraft and apparently the are not working on either aircraft. Any way of getting them back running? 

Apparently the Help Ticket portion of PMDG doesn't exist anymore.

Not sure why you'd say that, because it does, actually:

Furthermore, RAAS is actually an FS2Crew product.

Yeah... the help desk works. Apparently my mind doesn't work well 4:30 in the morning.

...and yes the RAAS  comes with the PMDG 777... I had RAAS Pro for the 737.  :lol:
