September 8, 201411 yr Hi, I will received my Garmin DVD GTN750 Sim full software this week. So I will be ready to purchased the Fligth1 GTN 750 GPS. But I have one question : Since I have FSX and P3Dv2.3, wich one should I choose (limited budget, not able to have two version) ? My choice will be based on the more fluid and less buggy (if it is) fo the two, because I amhappy with either FSX or P3DV2.3. SInce the GTN forum is available only to registered people, I cannot consult this one to make my decision. Thanks to help me. Michel
September 8, 201411 yr Commercial Member Tough call. I use it in FSX to date, since I currently don't have P3Dv2 installed. However, of you're short on cash and already own either of the RXP units for FSX, you might be better off buying it for P3D, since there is no option to use RXP in that sim. If I flew both sims regularly, I'd have to buy it for both. It's that good, in my opinion. Jim Stewart Milviz Person.
September 8, 201411 yr I was wondering if the P3D or FSX version of GTN was more popular.... I'll probably go P3D because Realair is going there too.... | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
September 8, 201411 yr Author Thanks, You have the same reflexion has me about the advantage to go with P3D. And yes, I have RXP in FSX. I remark that the installer version is 1.03 for FSX and 1.03b for P3D, so it is the reason for why I ask the question about the better and bugfree version. If the version number is different, I assume it is because they have to fix something. Waiting for others opinion from those who habe the two versions. Have a good day Michel
