September 14, 201411 yr Hi All, I'm hoping somebody can help me figure out the source of this error. I've been using RC4.3 for years, but recently started using it in a networked configuration using WideFS. Been getting a consistent crash of RC4 at PANC on ground control with a Runtime-time 52 error. Here are the final lines of the log file: <say_tail_id> N?6KZ-92 not found, say delta <say_letter> 8-92 <say number> 7-92 <say_tail_id> N?6KZ-5 not found, say delta <say tail id>N?6KZ-92 not found, say delta N?6KZ at xyz, taxi to the ramp <chatter_ack> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>ERROR>52 RadarContact RadarContact.rcv4module.chatterGetWaveFileData Any ideas? Thanks, M.D.
September 14, 201411 yr Moderator Over a network RC will need write access to some folders. Flight Simulator X Files and the main FSX folder (from memory). See if granting that helps. if not then a log to JD is probably required. Instructions for creating that are pinned on the forum. Ray (Cheshire, England). September 14, 201411 yr Author Thanks Ray. I figured it out. RC4 did not like the "?" in the aircraft callsign (and nor did I). I went in and edited all the ?s out of the flightplans and all is working fine again. For being a somewhat decent AI traffic package, My Traffic Pro has some really sloppy traffic files... I've spent hours correcting some of the silly things I've found in there.
