Pilot Controlled Runway Lighting?

Hello.

 

I've never actually seen it active, as far as I know anyway, but can anyone tell me if either FSX or FS9 supports pilot controlled runway lighting?  I've always wondered but never looked into it very far.  I've looked through documentation for addon scenery and things like that but never saw any mention of it anwhere.

I know that in some sceneries it is possible to turn on runway lights. Ie. in all Drzewiecki Design airports you need to set 112.00 MHz to your NAV2.

Some sceneries have a workaround with radios.
