Long time no see!

 

my T7 was working perfect, bought the expansion T7-300 and worked perfect. Today however saw the SP1b and installed, now every time I move the mouse to turn the SeatBelts signs of or start an engine or interact with the 77 my screen freezes momentarily, then everything starts working away when I stop the pointer (mouse), then I move the pointer again and all stops, then I keep the mouse steady and all works again. What is happening here? Anyway to revert to a previous version? Not liking this update so far.

Something must have gone wrong during the update.

 

I have never seen this issue reported here before.

 

All I can think of is an uninstall/reinstall of the 777 and then re-apply SP1b.

But I would submit a support ticket to PMDG first and see what they say.

I'm wondering if you have the earlier -300ER installed but SP1B for the 200LR.  The 300ER came out at the same time as SP1.  But a new version of the -300ER was issued at the same time as SP1B.  While you can download SP1B directly from the PMDG site, you have to log onto your account to download the full 300ER installer to bring it up to date.  The two are interdependent.

 

What versions of the two aircraft are showing in the Operations Center? Should be Version 1.10.6061 for both.
