Hi everyone. I'm hoping someome would recognize this issues and provide a solution. All of my planes strobe and navigation lights show in a square like effect. Anyone knows whats wrong and how to fix it?

 

I was also reading online it could be that the file fs_2.bmp could be corrupted or missing in the FSX/EFFECTS/TEXUTRE folder. Can someone please upload this specific file for me to try? Please respond.

It's fx_2.bmp I think. Maybe Google can help since this seems to be a common issue at times. I'm not at my sim system, sorry.
