For the life of me I don't recall how to launch to the scenario select screen instead of going direct to the default flight.  

 

And it's amazing how little information there is with a google search. 

Settings > General > Show Scenario Startup Screen

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
