October 18, 201411 yr Hi David and others, When you run into such an issue again, can you please go directly to the [Documents]\SimLauncherX\ folder and send me the SimLauncherX.log file? The log file is recreated every time you start SLX and that's why it is important to send me the log file directly before you restart SLX.
