But after going through all reasons of stackhash with FSX I presume it's to do with graphics.

I wouldn't make that assumption.

I would run some diagnostics/burn-in tools first before proceeding with anything.  A stack hash error can be anything from the result of pirated software, virus/malware, wrong driver installation, or hardware problems (RAM timing) and everything and anything in between.

SiSoftware Sandra 2014, Prime95, etc. ... these have lengthy burn in tools - run those overnight.  Once you eliminate hardware from the cause, then focus on software side.

After reviewing your other thread on this with Jim helping you out.  BEX is related buffer overflow ... this is VERY common activity from virus/Malware.

If you have DEP (Data Execution Prevention) turned on it is another common cause of this error ... HOWEVER, be warned, the reason DEP is being triggered could be due to a virus.  You can turn DEP off as an experiment to see if that solves your problem, but if it does solve this issue you might want to find out why it does ... typically DEP should be ON for security reasons.

I'd recommend you resolve your issue with FSX before attempting to move to P3D.

Cheers, Rob.

Get that i5-2500k overclocked to at least 4.2Ghz, but preferably with a decent CPU cooler on top of it!
