I don't agree with "It's in a dumb place".Using the subfolder in the user's documents and folders eases the separation of data files from application code (for backup purposes). It also allows users to have independent control assignments and other simulator preferences.If the main configuration had remained in the application's main folder THAT would have been the dumb place. Earlier versions of FS can be excused, because Windows didn't feature support for users having independent document folders when they were developed.It's not hard to find either. All you have to do is set Windows to show hidden files and use the built in Windows search function.
