weather radar problem for PMDG 777

I have install the sp1c for pmdg 777, also installed ASN, but the weather radar is not working, I don't know what happened, can anybody help me for this issue?

Are you sure it is raining where you are at? The weather radar only shows clouds if there is precipitation in them.

yes, it's very heavy raining, but the weather radar still not showing anything .

delete your FSUIPC.INI file and let it rebuild next time you start the sim.
