Have just come across this great looking product.

I am getting back into flight simming. My computer is not upto running FSX so I have my old copy of FS9. Have been reading the forums about FS9.75 and it says about ActiveSky, REX and GEPRO. So would EVO9 replace GEPRO? Every penny saved helps!

But it is not finished (no Spring textures yet) but that doesn't matter so much if you fly in the northern hemisphere.

Paul, Evo is just a texture addon and has autogen 3D lights as additional feature. Almost all textures including airport buildings, run- and taxiways, clouds, water and trees have been changed as well as the default terrain textures for all regions. There is no installer (as yet) and I have not published hard winter and spring textures. Currently working on hard winter. 3D light coverage so far only for US and Europe texture sets, currently working on expanding for other regions.

 

So Evo is a good starting point to change your FS9 as it will change the look quite comprehensively.

Well I have just installed Evo and what can I say other than thank you! 

You have breathed life back into my FS9 it looks amazing

 

I have UT europe installed as well and looks gorgeous

going to buy Active sky next
