Ariane 737-300/400/500

Featured Replies

I was looking for a good -300/400/500. Can anyone tell me if these series of a/c have an FMC, or is it just the NG? I used to use Dreamfleet 737, but cannot in FS9. Are there other non NG's that have FMC's? ThanksBrad

the 300 has a nice panel you can buy for it but the other two have no panel and no FMC on any of them...the 900VCe and the 700VCe and the PMDG 737 all have FMCs I think.

So the -300 has an FMC?

No, it does not. You can use their analog panel with it, which works very well. The plane and panel are a really good looking combo and work well frame rate wise.Lee

Isn't it true that with the merge you cannot use FSUIPC though? This would mean that AS2004 would not work..... Am I wrong?Brad

Nope. I use fsuipc, AS2004, Active Camera etc etc... :-hahCheers

I just want to be sure that with the merge i can use the FMC from DF? Also, would I just need the base package and livery from Ariane?

Sorry Brad. I should have re-read your original question about the FMC. The DF merge doesn't enable the FMC as you have to substitute the EHSI for another then use FS9's flight plan facility & the panel's LNAV for navigation.

Ok sounds good. So just for clarification, there are no non NG 737's for FS9 that has an FMC? Oh well!Brad
